The Paden City Maintenance Department plays a crucial role in keeping the city’s infrastructure in excellent condition. Our team is responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of city-owned facilities and equipment.

Major Responsibilities

  1. City Buildings and Facilities:
    • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on city-owned buildings and facilities.
    • Oversee renovations and upgrades to ensure that structures meet current safety and operational standards.
  2. Public Equipment:
    • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on city-owned vehicles and equipment, including road maintenance vehicles and specialized machinery.
    • Manage a fleet of various pieces of equipment, ensuring they are serviced and ready for use.
  3. Infrastructure Upkeep:
    • Maintain and repair public infrastructure such as street signs, lighting systems, and water facilities.
    • Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and resolve issues efficiently.
