The City Recorder shall have charge and preserve the records of the Town. Responsibilities include documenting city ordinances, managing public hearings, and maintaining records for all city council meetings and other government activities. The office works closely with other city departments to ensure transparency and adherence to local laws and regulations, serving as an essential hub for legal and civic documentation in Paden City.
