Hearing Requests:
If there are issues with your bill or if you face financial hardship, you can request a hearing. Submit your request in writing to the Utilities Office within two business days of the termination date. All current charges must be paid at the time of the hearing request.
Termination of Utility Services:
Customers with delinquent accounts will receive a Disconnect Notice at the end of the month, which includes a 10% penalty and an extended payment period. Service termination will occur the next business day after reviewing unpaid accounts. A $50 nonrefundable reconnection fee per service applies, and services are reconnected only during regular business hours.
