The Utilities Department of Paden City is responsible for the billing and collection of charges related to water, sewer, and sanitation services. Our goal is to provide reliable utility services while offering excellent customer support.

• Online Bill Pay: Payments can be made through our online payment system. Visit paymentservicenetwork.com to access your utility account. Credit card payments are accepted with a convenience fee.
• Drop Box: A 24/7 drop box is available for payments by personal check or Money Order. This is located at the municipal building. Payments deposited here will be credited to accounts on the next business day.

Hearing Requests:

If there are issues with your bill or if you face financial hardship, you can request a hearing. Submit your request in writing to the Utilities Office within two business days of the termination date. All current charges must be paid at the time of the hearing request.

Termination of Utility Services:

Customers with delinquent accounts will receive a Disconnect Notice at the end of the month, which includes a 10% penalty and an extended payment period. Service termination will occur the next business day after reviewing unpaid accounts. A $50 nonrefundable reconnection fee per service applies, and services are reconnected only during regular business hours.
